These Terms govern your use of lipber's website and services and are subject to the laws of Thailand.

1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing this site, creating an account, or using lipber products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
2. Description of the service
lipber provides software / a platform to store and manage sensitive information using encryption, as described on this site and in product materials. Demo or preview versions may not persist real data or may offer limited features.
3. Accounts, registration, and SSO
You may sign up through an identity provider we support (for example Google single sign-on). You are responsible for protecting your devices and account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the services in violation of Thai law or the rights of others, including—without limitation—interfering with systems, distributing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or processing personal data in breach of the PDPA or other applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
Software, site content, trade marks, and design elements belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or modify them except with our prior written permission.
6. Fees and payment
If paid plans exist, prices, taxes, payment methods, and renewal terms will be stated on the pricing page or in a separate order or contract. Payments in Thailand may be subject to VAT and related rules.
7. Suspension, termination, and end of service
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account using the process we provide. How data is handled after closure is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some types of loss may be limited or excluded only where Thai law allows; unfair contract terms may be unenforceable.
9. Personal data (PDPA)
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and must comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable law provides otherwise.
11. Language
If these Terms are translated into another language and a conflict arises, the Thai version shall prevail unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
